This is huge at 4cm long and sits 1.3cm above the sterling silver band

It vac a clever slide on band giving sizing flexibility 

It currently sits at 18.3 mm in diameter (size Q) but can go up or down a size

Condition is good - there are some minor wear to the edge only visible under magnification
